At Herbal Spell Tea & Coffee, we’re committed to providing you with premium-quality teas, coffees, and herbal blends. Your satisfaction matters to us. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Returns

You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition as when received.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please contact our customer service team at support@herbalspell.co.uk before returning any product. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened tea or coffee packets
  • Perishable goods or custom blends
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within this period, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, get in touch with us at support@herbalspell.co.uk.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@herbalspell.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
  3. Then contact your bank.
    If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@herbalspell.co.uk.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to:

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items (unless the product is faulty or incorrect). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
