Ingredients
For the Jasmine Syrup
1/2 Cup · Cane Sugar
1 Cup · Filtered Water
1/2 Cup · Jasmine Flowers (fresh or dried)
For the Drink
200ml · Freshly Boiled Water 50ml · Whole Cow's Milk 10ml · Jasmine Syrup
1 · Earl Grey tea bag
Rose Petals (to garnish)
Method
To make the jasmine syrup:
1. Bring water to a gentle boil, drop in the jasmine flowers for a few fragrant
minutes.
2. Stir in cane sugar and let it bubble away until slightly reduced.
3. Take it off the heat and let it steep for a few dreamy hours.
4. Strain and stash in a sealed jar.

To make the drink:
1. Brew the Twinings Earl Grey tea bag in 200ml freshly boiled water for 5
minutes.
2. While the tea steeps, warm the milk and stir in 10ml jasmine syrup.
3. Froth the jasmine milk until light and fluffy
4. Top with the frothed jasmine milk and garnish with rose petals.
