How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery costs £3.95 on orders under £35.

Express UK delivery costs £6.95.

Highlands & Islands Standard delivery costs £3.95 on orders under £35. Orders between 4kg-15kg delivery will cost £6.20. For orders over 15kg, delivery will cost £18.95.

Highlands & Islands Express delivery costs £21.95.

International delivery costs vary depending on location, size and weight of the order. To get an idea of these costs add the products to your basket, proceed through the checkout and enter your delivery address. You will then be shown a delivery cost before payment.

When can I expect my delivery?

The below timeframes are in working days* from the date of dispatch:

Standard UK: 2-3 days.

Express UK: 2 days.

Royal Mail International:

Europe: 3-5 days.

Rest of World: 5-7 days.

IFS International: 5-7 days.

DHL International:

Europe:

  • Express: 1-2 days
  • Standard: 3-6 days

USA:

  • Express: 2-3 days

Australia:

  • Express: 2-4 days

Rest of World:

  • Express: 2-4 days
  • Standard: 6-12 days

*Working days are Monday - Friday only.  Working days will also exclude public holidays.

Which courier do you use?

For Standard UK deliveries we use Royal Mail, Evri or DX (IFS) or FedEx (IFS).

Express UK deliveries will be sent with DHL or Royal Mail.

For international deliveries we use Royal Mail or DHL or FedEx (IFS).

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email from us containing a link to track your order. If you have created an account with us, the tracking information for your order will also show in your order history.

Royal Mail International - tracking information will only show up to the point of leaving the UK and then again once it arrives into the destination country. We cannot provide tracking information for the movement between these two occurrences. In most instances, once the package arrives into the destination country, the tracking information will be transferred over to your local courier network for continued tracking.

Browse our shop, choose products, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and payment information, then confirm your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit/credit cards and secure online payment providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). All payments are processed securely; we never store full card details.

Can I change my order after placing it?

You can request a change within 12 hours of ordering by emailing support@herbalspell.co.uk. If your order hasn’t been dispatched we’ll try to update it.

Do you offer gift messages or special packaging?

Yes — we offer gift wrapping and personalised messages. Choose the gift option at checkout or contact sales@herbalspell.co.uk for special requests.

I received my order — but something is wrong. What now?

We’re sorry — please email support@herbalspell.co.uk within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

My order is missing an item — who do I contact?

Email support@herbalspell.co.uk with your order number and details. We’ll investigate and send the missing item quickly if it was our mistake.

How do I return an item?

Contact support@herbalspell.co.uk to get a Return Authorisation. We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 14 days (customer pays return postage unless the item is faulty).

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Are your teas and coffees organic?

Most of our blends use organic, pesticide-free ingredients. Check each product page for specific certifications.

Do your products contain allergens?

Some blends may contain allergens (e.g., nuts, soy). Please check the ingredient list on each product page or contact us for allergen queries.

Can I request wholesale or corporate orders?

Yes — we offer wholesale and corporate gifting. Email sales@herbalspell.co.uk with your requirements and we’ll prepare a custom quote.

How should I store my herbal teas and coffees?

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and strong odours. Seal the pouch after each use to preserve freshness and aroma.
