Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

🇬🇧 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all regions across the United Kingdom, including:

• England

• Scotland

• Wales

• Northern Ireland

If you are located in remote or highland areas, delivery may take slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

Product Packaging

Each Herbal Spell product is air-sealed and eco-packaged to preserve freshness, aroma, and natural flavour. We use recyclable materials and sustainable packing methods to ensure every parcel arrives safely and responsibly.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text message.
You can use this number to track your order through our courier’s website or your Herbal Spell account dashboard.

Delays or Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@herbalspell.com.
Include your order number and (if applicable) a photo of the package so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before confirming your order.
We cannot take responsibility for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
